FRANK LEONE was elected to the Musicians Union of Las Vegas Local 369, AFM (AFL_CIO, CLC) as President in 2000 after serving on the Board of Directors from 1986 – 1999.   He has been a dedicated champion of musicians’ rights and fair business practices for nearly twenty years.

Frank began serious studies at age 14 with Philadelphia’s celebrated composer, Romeo Cascarino; at age 17 he received a scholarship to the Philadelphia Conservatory of Music, where he studied with Vincent Persichetti. At age 19, he was accepted into the Curtis Institute of Music, where he received the degrees, Bachelor and Master of Music under the tutelage of Vittorio Giannini, Nicolas Flagello and Vladimir Sokoloff.

Frank’s ability and expertise as a musical director, conductor, pianist, and arranger garnered him an illustrious career, working with some of the biggest names in entertainment.  He has numerous television and recording credits to his name, and performances with many celebrities.
