A DAY AT THE SPACE
PRESENTS
LAS VEGAS SUITE

If you were hoping to lift your spirits on a Sunday afternoon, then you came to the right place at The Space – the new up and coming brain child of Mark Shunock of Monday’s Dark fame.

Carolyn Freeman, founder of AJI and LVJC, collaborated with the multi-talented Nathan Tanouye and Clint Holmes and produced a tour de force musical journey of Las Vegas, our home town, in the five-part suite – Las Vegas Suite. They also featured a young and highly talented musician and composer Aaron Ramsey who brought the house to their feet with his own original composition Archipelago.

We were entertained by a 30-piece orchestra with strings and a harp featuring top shelf Las Vegas musicians performing their hearts out on this small but mighty stage. Each composition got more and more exciting and intense as the program progressed with the final piece HOT which was exactly that – couldn’t get any more sizzling. Clint blew away the audience with his interpretation of the piece and we were all expecting the Las Vegas Fire Department to be standing by to put out the flames.

It was a wonderful day full of new music and young and seasoned professionals working in tandem at levels of professionalism rarely seen or heard today. It was a day to remember for all who attended and all are anxious to see what Carolyn dreams up next!
