ERIC TEWALT, baritone saxophone, clarinet and flute, is originally from Indiana and graduated from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana (In 2010, Eric was awarded an Outstanding Alumni Award from Ball State University). He moved to Las Vegas in 1999 after seeing the world by working on cruise ships.
Since moving here, he has performed with Franki Valli, Sheena Easton band and Toni Braxton. He keeps up touring schedules with Michael Cavanaugh and Steve March-Torme. Other live performance credits include Michael Feinstein, Michael Buble, Ben Vereen, Martha Reeves, Tears for Fears, and others. Recently, Eric was the featured woodwind player on the PBS special “An Evening with Frank Wildhorn and Friends” featuring Clint Holmes and Jane Monheit.
Currently, Eric plays with Santa Fe & The Fat City Horns at the Palms Hotel & Casino, and other nights with Celine Dion at Caesar’s Palace and is Reed 2 chair in The Jersey Boys at the Paris Hotel & Casino. He is currently pursuing a MA degree from UNLV.
