JOSE ‘PEPE’ JIMENEZ, artistic drummer/percussionist was born and raised in Puerto Rico. He has played drums professionally since the age of 16 and is known for his versatility in different music styles.  He is a product of the Escuela Libre de Musica (Puerto Rico Performing Arts School) Musicians Institute and Puerto Rico Conservatory of Music.

In 2002, “Pepe” moved to Las Vegas where he has been actively involved in the Las Vegas music scene.  His work includes live performances or recordings and includes Marc Anthony, Olga Tanon, the Puerto Rico Symphony Orchestra, and others. Las Vegas credits include:  “Storm,” Broadway musical ‘Mama Mia,” Rip Taylor, Martin Nievera, Cirque du Solei’s “Zumanity,” Criss Angel’s “Believe,” The Vegas Talk Show (daily TV show) and Disney’s “The Lion King.”

Currently “Pepe” is working with the Stratosphere Headliner, Franki Moreno, Santa Fe and the Fat City Horns and is also working on a solo project.
