JOHN ABRAHAM, drummer, vibraphonist, and percussionist, is a graduate of West Virginia University. John is a veteran musician, who has many years of professional experience backing up major stars and playing shows in Las Vegas.

John was a performer on the nationally syndicated radio broadcasts of “Monday Night Jazz at the Four Queens” backing up numerous jazz artists such as Carl Fontana, Bill Watrous, Pete Christlieb, Marvin Stamm, Joe Williams, Marlena Shaw, Kenny Burrel and many others. As a prominent member of the Las Vegas jazz community, he has worked backing artists such as Cedar Walton, Alan Broadbent, Don Menza, Ricky Woodard and Carl Saunders.  He has spent the last 25 year playing the Las Vegas showrooms as both drummer and percussionist.

John has spent the last 10 years working as drummer for the Cirque du Soleil productions of “Mystère” and “O,” and is currently performing with Cirque du Soleil.  John also is the drum set instructor in the Jazz Studies department at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
